Their primary function is efficient grease and oil removal from wastewater before discharge into the sewer system or further treatment stages.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to grease and oil, wastewater often contains other contaminants such as food residues, suspended solids, and traces of dishwashing detergents.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_tabs wpb_content_element  tab-style-one\" data-interval=\"0\">\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper wpb_tour_tabs_wrapper ui-tabs vc_clearfix\">\n\t\t\t<ul class=\"wpb_tabs_nav ui-tabs-nav vc_clearfix text-big\"><li><a href=\"#tab-c8a11162-af1b-1\">APPLICATION<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#tab-85f79b05-f161-2\">WORKING PRINCIPLE<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\t<div id=\"tab-c8a11162-af1b-1\" class=\"wpb_tab ui-tabs-panel wpb_ui-tabs-hide vc_clearfix\">\n\t\t\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>In accordance with legal and technical requirements, grease and oil separators are commonly installed in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>restaurants and catering facilities<\/li>\n<li>slaughterhouses and meat processing plants<\/li>\n<li>butcher shops<\/li>\n<li>fast food preparation facilities<\/li>\n<li>mineral oil processing plants<\/li>\n<li>margarine production facilities<\/li>\n<li>roasting and food processing industries<\/li>\n<li>industrial facilities generating greasy wastewater<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our grease and oil separators are designed and manufactured in accordance with <strong>SRPS EN 1825-1 and SRPS EN 1825-2 standards<\/strong>, fully complying with all requirements for grease separation systems.<\/p>\n<p>Units are manufactured from pressed polypropylene (PP) sheets with high chemical resistance and supplied in a containerized design, ensuring long service life, resistance to aggressive media, and simple installation.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div id=\"tab-85f79b05-f161-2\" class=\"wpb_tab ui-tabs-panel wpb_ui-tabs-hide vc_clearfix\">\n\t\t\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>The systems include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>integrated sludge chamber for solid contaminants<\/li>\n<li>gravity grease and oil separator<\/li>\n<li>grease accumulation and separation zone<\/li>\n<li>sampling chamber<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The operating principle is based on gravity separation of grease, oil, and other contaminants from wastewater.
